Services / 02

The work, end to end.

Seven connected capabilities for leaders who need security to protect the operation, clarify accountability, and perform financially.

Seven capabilities / 01

Start with the pressure point.

The right entry point depends on what the operation is asking of you now. The capabilities connect when the problem is bigger than one fix.

01

Integration Services

Bring physical security technologies, systems, and operating workflows into one coherent program. MTC maps what is already in place, identifies where accountability is breaking down, and designs a system that people can actually run.

02

In-Transit Security

Protect people, assets, and cargo across the movement lifecycle, from handoff to delivery. The work connects route exposure, process discipline, technology, and response so security supports the operation instead of slowing it down.

03

Real-Time Monitoring & Remote Access

Extend useful visibility across facilities and remote operations with video, access control, and connected response. MTC focuses on the decisions the data enables: what needs attention now, who owns it, and how the team verifies resolution.

04

Guard Buying Service

Apply buyer-side discipline to guard procurement, pricing, coverage, and vendor performance. MTC helps leaders see what they are buying, what it is producing, and where leverage exists without weakening the protection the operation depends on.

05

Security 2.0

A separate diversification vertical for traditional guard-only security companies ready to move into higher-margin, technology-enabled services without changing their brand, losing customer control, or building every capability from scratch. The mix includes off-grid Remote Surveillance Units (RSUs), layered live and AI-enabled monitoring, embedded GPS tracking, GSOC as a Service, commercial security integration, drones and robotics, on-demand off-duty police officers, marketing and digital growth support, layered physical security technology, and affordable OPEX models. This is an operator-led growth path for guarding companies—not MTC’s enterprise security-leader consulting model.

06

Physical Security Assessments

Find the exposure that matters to the operation, then prioritize it by risk, business impact, and return. An assessment should leave leadership with a practical sequence of decisions—not a thick report that sits on a shelf.

07

Investigations

Lead fact-finding with discretion, structure, and the judgment of an experienced operator. MTC brings clarity to incidents, separates what is known from what is assumed, and gives decision-makers a defensible basis for action.

Delivery model / 02

Diagnose. Design. Execute.

MTC diagnoses the actual exposure and operating problem, then designs the security model around the way the business works. That keeps the recommendation grounded in risk, cost, coverage, and the decisions leaders need to make.

When execution calls for specialist capability, MTC brings in trusted vendor partners to do the work. Jim stays accountable for the client relationship, the design, and whether the solution performs after installation day.
